Meydan Turkish Bath:
This bath, which is opposite Meydan Mosque in the city center of Sivas was built in 1564.
It is a sample of classic Ottoman bath style. And it consists of cooling room, warm room and hot room. Its shape is very close to a rectangle which is covered with a dome, and it is made of hewn stones. The hot room has four yards in which there are marble basins and in the middle of which there is a heated octagon marble platform.
It was ruined in 1980s, but it was restorated later. During this restoration, a relaxing room and reading room were added to this constraction. This bath is among the best 10 baths in Turkey.
