Pasinler Spas (Pasinler- Hasankale):
It is in Pasinler city of Erzurum, it has a natural come out, its flow is 15lt/sec. It is curative for rheumatism, nerve and muscle tiredness, some neural diseases, calcification. Temperature of the water changes between 39C-45C. The water contains bicarbonate, chloride, sodium, carbondioxide and some radioactive combination.
There are two spas side by side on both sides of Hasankale Stream on the south of Pasinler Castle. The one on the South is called Büyük Çermik, the one on the North is called Küçük Çermik. According to epigraph of Büyük Çermik, it was built by Şah Bey from Dulkadiroğulları in 1565. There is cold water in this construction and a dome on the roof. 50m away from this spa is Küçük Çermik, which has a pool in the middle and a dome covering its roof. It is said that it was built by Mirza Ali, brother of Şah Bey.
Ilıca spa:
This thermal water, which locates 18km away from Erzurum, has a temperature of 39.4C. This is a bright, scentless and light yellow water. It contains sodium ion, magnesium, iron and aluminium, chlorine ion, hydrocarbon. Its flow is 6lt/sec. It is curative for stomach, intestine, gall, malnutrition and rheumatism.
It was built by Selçuklular, and restorated by İller Bankası with baths and pools added.
Köprüköy(Deli Çermik) Spa:
It is 58km away from Köprüköy city of Erzurum. Temperature of its water is 26C. It contains bicarbonate, sodium, calcium, carbondioxide, iron, bromide. Its PH value is 6.12, and its flow is 101lt/sec.
It is curative for gigestion system, kidney and urinary tract, blood circulation and heart diseases, metabolism and rheumatismal diseases.
Besides the spas above, ther are Soğuk Çermik, Uzunahmet Çermik, Başpınar Çermik, Kızıl Çermik, Deli Çermik and Mud, which are curative for rheumatism, gynecological diseases, skin diseases, sciatica and paralysis.
