Pea Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or canned green peas
1/3 cup light sour cream
1/3 cup non-fat yoghurt
2 scallions
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preperation:
1.Steam the peas until they get tender, but still firm. Put the peas in the steamer basket under cold water to stop the cooking and keep the color. If you use frozen peas, you will only thaw them.

2.Combine the sour cream, yogurt, scallions, salt and mix them well. Put the steamed peas and go on mixing them until they are completely combined.

3. Put it in the refrigerator and serve it cold.
