Ingredients:
3 cups diced, cooked chicken breast
¼ cup minced onion
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 cup seedless green grapes
8 oz. Pineapple chunks, drained
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preperation:
Combine all the ingredients little by little. Serve it on lettuce leaves with tomato, cucumber and some gherkins.
