Purslane with Yoghurt
This is again a miraculous taste of purslane. Besides being a healthy salad, it is also eaten as a kind of savory food especially with raki.

1 tablespoon walnut oil
2 ripe peaches(peeled and sliced)
2 tablespoon honey
